Tjark Bateman – Proprietor
Tjark Bateman joined Homewatch Concierge in April of 2014 after 25 years of customer service experience form his work in his family business, Boulevard Ford Lincoln in Lewes and Georgetown. Tjark also is a Realtor with Jack Lingo Realtor in Rehoboth. Tjark was born and raised in Sussex County Delaware.
Tjark is also founding board member of Community Bank Delaware. He supports local and national groups like Rehoboth Beach Historical Society & Museum, Rehoboth Beach Art League, Children's Beach House, Wings of Hope, Jimmy V Foundation to state a few. Tjark is a past member of the Rehoboth Beach Planning and Zoning Board and the Delaware Environmental Appeals Board for the State of Delaware. He is lives in Rehoboth Beach with his wife and daughter.
JB Moore – Proprietor
JB Moore joined Homewatch Concierge in May of 2016 and has over 15 years of hospitality experience. Along with his expertise in hospitality, JB maintains an active Real Estate license through Jack Lingo Realtor. Prior to Homewatch Concierge, he served as a manager for several different local hotels. JB still remains on the board of directors for Coastal Properties.
JB was born and raised in Rehoboth Beach and feels proud and lucky to live in such a beautiful beach community.
JB is a graduate of Elon University; he resides in Rehoboth Beach, DE with his wife and five children.
Jonathan Barto – Director of Maintenance
Jonathan is a licensed General Contractor with over 20 years of experience in construction, roofing, and finish carpentry. Prior to joining Homewatch Concierge in 2013, Jonathan was a Project Manager for Tanglewood Conservatories, a global leader in residential design, fabrication, and installation of residential conservatories. Jonathan is the ultimate Clemson fan and lives in Georgetown, Delaware with his wife and three children.
Connie Collins – Director of Housekeeping
Connie Collins is a seasoned veteran in custodial services with a total of 25 years of housekeeping management experience in the hotel sector. Her attention to detail and adherence to industry best practices consistently earned her top rankings in Guest Satisfaction and Quality Assurance scores. She knows how best to motivate teams to get optimal results and exceed client expectations every time. Connie is a proud Sussex County native and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her two granddaughters.
