Home Inspections
We inspect all client properties upon request and immediately notify you of any issues that need to be addressed so we can protect your home from loss, damage or liability. We will conduct a rigorous 20 point checklist and verify the condition of your home as often as you like. All reports are emailed upon completion and include time stamped photos and proactive action plans for your review. We offer these Home Watch services for homes in Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Lewes and North Bethany Beach in Delaware.
Exterior Service Checklist
- Inspect entire home exterior
- Examine property for broken windows, forced entry or vandalism
- Remove Newspapers, flyers, packages and phonebooks from the front door area
- Verify lawn maintenance service
- Examine property for erosion or drainage problems
- Empty mailbox and forward mail as requested
Interior Service Checklist
- Ensure alarm systems are functioning properly
- Check heating and cooling systems and thermostat settings
- Examine all doors, windows and sliders to insure they are locked and secure
- Operate all faucets and flush toilets to eliminate stagnate water and fill traps
- Check phone for dial tone
- Visually monitor windows, ceilings, floors, and hot water heaters for leaks
- Operate dishwasher, garbage disposal and washing machine to prevent seals and gaskets from drying out
